I am beyond excited to have been hooked up 

(and I mean HOOKED UP!!) 

by Saje Natural Wellness, 

as they open their first store on the East Coast of Canada 

right here in St. John's!
And just in time for the Holidays!

I received so many great products that I literally have used on a daily basis since 

I received them over 2 weeks ago!

These products are not just items that you use once 

and then forget about them, they're products you go back to everyday 

and multiple times a day.

The great part about Saje is that the products are all natural! 

The products contain plant based essential oils and other pure ingredients that come straight from the environment.

Knowing there are no harsh chemicals going into these products makes me feel so much better about purchasing from Saje because I know there is nothing harmful going in or on my body.

Also, love the fact that it's a Canadian company.

Gives it that extra little stamp of approval from me!

One of the products I use all day everyday is the AromaGem ultrasonic nebulizing defuser from the Holiday Collection.

I literally just leave it plugged-in in my living room all day and let it do it's thing!

Nebulizers are great because they help take toxins out of the air and replace those toxins with a very delightful aroma. 

You fill it up with water, add your favorite diffuser blend and turn it on and your room will start smelling fabulous immediately!

And one of the beauty parts about it is that it turns off on itself automatically 

when it runs out of water.

Such a great feature for all of us forgetful and/or busy people!

To go with my nebulizer I also received the Best of Saje Deluxe Diffuser blend collection! 

I have so many options to put in my nebulizer that there is literally diffuser blend for anything you're feeling!

The Nebulizer I received is part of the Holiday collection that they have out now!

It comes with a Tree Scents diffuser blend (this literally smells like Christmas Trees!!) and a Peppermint Twist diffuse blend-which is my favorite, it's a candy cane dream!

A nebulizer is a must have! 

Especially for anyone who is allergic to dust or other allergens, it helps take all of those toxins out of the air and leave you with clean, fresh breaths!

Can we also just discuss the fact that it's beautiful as well?!?

It's not this ugly thing you need to hide in the corner, it's like it just belongs out in the open as a piece of art!

One of my favorite items that I received was the Holiday Edition Pocket Pharmacy!

It comes with 5 therapeutic remedy roll-ons:

-Peppermint Halo, fantastic for tension release in your shoulders and neck, also amazing to relieve headaches

-Immune, great to relieve flu/cold like symptoms

-Eater's Digest, helps with pain of upset stomachs and relieves digestion

-Stress Release, relieves stress and mild anxiety 

-Pain Release, reduces inflammation and relieves muscle pain

and they all come in this cute little case that is small enough to throw in your purse or book bag!
The convenience of the little carrying case is unreal!
I love it!
I have this on my at all times now!

I use these three roll ons every single day!

1) Peppermint halo relieves the tension I carry in my shoulders and helps relax them and it has this amazing cooling effect which feels absolutely fantastic! Roll it all along your shoulders and temple and you just start to feel amazing!

2) Stress Release literally takes all my anxiety away and helps chill me out! You roll it on your palms and rub them together and take a big Buddha breath and you feel instant Zen. 

With the chaos of being a manager during the Holiday season, I find the lavender scent to be super helpful and when I feel like I'm running around like a chicken with my head cut off, it really helps me relax and not stress as much!

3) Having a recovering knee injury, I find Pain Release is amazing for relieving the pain I get in my knee everyday. I find where I am on my feet 9-12 hours a day, it really takes a tole on my knee. So I put this on my knee every morning and multiple times throughout the day to help with the pain. 

I also find that during my cardio classes I get a lot of strain in my knee as well where it involves so much squatting and jumping. So putting this on my knee right before my class gives me so much relief and I don't have to deal with the pain while I'm busy trying to work my little buns off jumping around trying to stay fit! If you have arthritis or any other joint pain you literally need this, it's such life saver!

The other 2 are great to have on hand for certain situations though! Like if you've ate too much and you need a little relief, roll Eater's Digest on your belly! 

And if you're feeling sniffly and have a sore throat use Immune right away! 

I'm currently feeling a little flu coming on and I've rolled Immune under my nose and it provides you with almost the same feeling as Vicks does, but better! Clears up your nasal passage so you can finally breathe normally!

Finally, the last item I received was the Healthy Hardware Gift set! 

This is probably one of the most unique and cutest items that they gave me!

I am actually in love with it!

Such a cute necklace for everyday wear and great to use a a layering piece! 

You have the option of putting any of the essential oils on pads that are provided and putting them inside the pendent. 

I love this feature so much because that way your favorite oil can stay on you all day (Stress Release for me please!!) and you can just breathe it in whenever you'd like without having to get it out of your bag. 

It also comes with a Yoga diffuser blend, 

which literally smells like an Yoga studio you've ever been in!

Great for all of you yogi's out there!!

I've got to say, I am so so so impressed with all of the Saje products that I was given!! 

I've gone in and purchased more items since they've opened because I was so impressed by these 4! 

I purchased the 

-Zap kit, which is great for acne and prone skin and helps with preventing and eliminating blemishes

-Konjac kare with bamboo charcoal, a cleansing sponge that helps tighten pores and decrease oily skin
-Moon Cycle Roller, a PMS relief remedy. For any of you ladies out there who suffer from cramps, irritability, tension and bloating-you need this!!! I promise you will feel like a new woman and your partner will thank you for picking it up as well! 

And I'm not going to stop there! 

There are so many other products in there that I can't wait to try!

I'm so happy that we now have a Saje in St. John's! 

Sin for my wallet though, because I'm not going to have any money left!!

They pretty much have a remedy for anything!
If you go in and tell them a problem you're having, I'm sure they are bound to have something there for you!!

If you really don't know what to get someone for Christmas they have so many amazing products and cute little stocking stuffers!
